The All Share Price Index fell 6.63 points to 2,393.71 while the Milanka was down 18.71 points at 2,750.58.

Turnover was LKR 182.9 million.

Lanka IOC (a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation) was the most actively traded stock. The share ended up one rupee at LKR 25.25 mainly due to falling oil prices.

Dialog Telecom closed LKR 10.75 (-0.25)
Sri Lanka Telecom closed LKR 45.50 (-0.50)
John Keels Holdings closed LKR 99 (-0.75)

Indices were down due to the fall in above three highly capitalized stocks.
