The All Share Price Index went up by 3.81 points to 2,397.52 while the Milanka also gained 11.07 points & closed at 2,761.65.
Turnover was LKR 112 .13million.
Continued investor interest seen for LIOC (The local unit of Indian Oil Corp) shares as falling oil prices may drive up the company’s earnings.
Market indices will remain flat or fluctuate within narrow range on Friday.
